Spatial Analysis to Identify Hotspots of Covid-19 Incidence in Jambi Municipality Indonesia

Jambi Municipality is the epicenter of Covid-19 case in Province and occupies first position as district/city with highest number cases deaths. Identification pattern spatial distribution can assist policy makers determining most appropriate location to provide health interventions an effective effort prevent control Covid-19.This study aims determine at sub-district level City from January December 2021. The by month was obtained surveillance section Provincial Health Office Municipality. This analyzes aggregated data 62 sub-districts Thematic maps hotspots were made using free Quantum GIS 3.22 application Getis Ord G* method. total during 2021 8,384 a tendency for decrease. results showed that 12-month period clusters (hotspots) found be consistent Alam Barajo, Telanaipura, Kota Baru Districts.
